  • Our coaching relationship and partnership start with a discovery session (90 min) where we focus on where you are now and where you want to be. We explore your values, strengths, challenges, and goals and establish the foundation and trajectory for our time together.

Subsequential coaching sessions are (60 min) customized to your individual needs. As the client, you will have complete control of each session's topic, content, pace, and goals. As your coach, I will work alongside you and utilize my skills, expertise, intuition, and practical tools to guide and support you through each session.

We will uncover, explore, and uproot old patterns and beliefs during each session to help you identify what you want to shapeshift, achieve, and how to get there. We will dismantle attitudes and habits that may be holding you back from making progress towards your vision and goals. We will examine your strengths, leverage your potential, and target the areas standing in the way of you reaching your goals more effectively. Each week you will commit to taking action steps towards your overall goals. As your coach, I will support you, champion you, motivate you, and encourage you to stay accountable, take action, and help you tackle obstacles that may present themselves along the way.

As your coach, each session is a safe, supportive, and synergetic space where you can inspect, reflect on and challenge your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain new insights and perspectives and investigate possibilities that will propel you forward.
